Information we collect
We only collect what we need to evaluate a location and stay in touch about it.
- Name and business name
- Phone number and email address
- Property address
- Details about the location, such as foot traffic, type of place, available space, and what you would like stocked
SMS and text messaging
What we collect: name, business name, phone number, email, property address, and details about the location. This information is submitted voluntarily through our forms or when someone contacts us.
How we use phone numbers: to reply about a placement request, to schedule and confirm site visits and installations, to handle service and refund questions, and to notify a property contact about restocking or service. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Consent and opt out: consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of any purchase or service. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Service providers
We use a business phone provider to send and receive calls and messages, and email delivery services. They process this information only so that we can operate the service, and not for their own marketing.
How long we keep information
We keep contact and location information for as long as we need it to answer your request, run an active placement, and meet our record keeping and tax obligations. After that we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@snackloopatx.com. We will confirm once it is done, unless we are required by law to keep a record.
Children
Our service is not directed to anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
